Biography

Molly C. Liberto joined Ware Immigration in 2025 after working as an attorney advisor at the New Orleans Immigration Court. She earned her law degree at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While in law school, Molly was treasurer for the Environmental Law Society, a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, and a member of the Maritime Law Journal. She also studied immigration law at Loyola Law.

Molly has been interested in international issues and languages throughout her previous career and during her undergraduate and graduate studies. At Saint Louis University, Molly triple majored in Political Science, International Studies and French, and studied abroad at Laval University in Québec. She then decided to go into education, and while working as a teacher earned her M.A. in Education and Innovation focusing on global citizenship. Molly spent twenty years as a classroom teacher in the United States and France. Most notably, she taught English as a foreign language as a Fulbright Scholar in Paris and worked as a teacher of gifted at Lycée Français de la Nouvelle Orléans. Molly is especially proud to have begun her career working with homeless families in San Diego on the Mexican border as a Jesuit Volunteer, which in part inspired her to study law decades later. She loves applying the knowledge and skills gained from her previous career and education to her law practice.

Molly lives in New Orleans with her husband and three amazing children. When not practicing law, you can find her supporting her children at football, soccer and baseball games.
