Julie Herzog
Lead Paralegal, Nonimmigrant Section
Ms. Herzog is a native New Orleanian. From an early age, she had an appreciation for and desire to know other cultures. After graduating from the University of New Orleans and earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, she had the opportunity to live in Mexico for three years. Ms. Herzog joined the firm in 2008. She specializes in employment-based immigration matters, specifically handling the firm’s H-1B petitions.

Mabel Vincent
Senior Paralegal, Lead of Litigation & Humanitarian Section
Ms. Vincent, a native of Cuba, received a B.A. from Loyola University in New Orleans, and Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of New Orleans. She has been with the firm since 1996. She is fluent in Spanish and is skilled in all areas of immigration law, specializing in litigation and removal.

Sharon West
Paralegal
Ms. West earned her Bachelor’s degree in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Washington and completed a post-graduate paralegal certificate program at Highline Community College. Ms. West has specialized in employment-based immigration law since 2005 and has extensive experience in labor certifications, permanent residency applications, and nonimmigrant visa processing.

Yolanda Fortuné
Paralegal
Yolanda F. Fortuné is a native New Orleanian, but was born in Weisbaden, Germany. She lived in Panama for five years while accompanying her father, who was stationed with the U.S. military in Panama. Ms. Fortuné has over 25 years of experience in the immigration field and is skilled in all areas of immigration law. Ms. Fortuné focuses on employment-based immigration and the PERM labor certification process. She joined Ware|Immigration in September 2016 and was awarded “Employee of the Year” in 2018.
